What if instead taking a series of exams at the end of the summer term, young people were instead assessed in lots of different ways throughout the year?

  1. This is the approach that I hope that primary schools especially take. Seeing little people become consumed by the pressure of one day can hinder their ‘academic performance’. We as teachers know what they can do and should be trusted to deliver assessment based on this. I think the children would feel less pressured along with the staff.
